Local application profile
Resume details, contact information, education, experience, and saved answers are kept in Dollarply storage on your Mac.
Dollarply policy
This page explains what Dollarply handles when you use the Mac app, Chrome extension, website, and billing services. Your application profile remains separate from website and billing systems.
Resume details, contact information, education, experience, and saved answers are kept in Dollarply storage on your Mac.
Autofilled fields remain editable. You decide whether the application is accurate and when it is ready to submit.
If saved information does not clearly answer a question, Dollarply leaves the field for you instead of guessing.

Chrome extension
Dollarply's use and transfer of information received through the Chrome extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Extension access to job application pages is used to identify supported form controls, fill them with information you selected, and show results for your review.
Dollarply does not sell application profile data or use extension access, page content, or form data for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
Dollarply personnel do not read your local profile or job application content. Access is limited to information you deliberately send for support, or when required for security or law.
Application information is transferred only between the local app, the extension, and the job application you are using to provide the autofill feature you requested.
Product boundaries
Dollarply reduces repetitive entry. It does not replace your judgment or the rules of the job site you use.
01
Local application information is used to save your profile, recognize supported fields, autofill an application, preserve answers you choose to reuse, and show an application record for your review. It is not sent to Dollarply's billing API.
Website, account, and purchase information is used to operate and secure the site, authenticate the app, manage credits and subscriptions, process payments, respond to support, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
Dollarply uses Vercel for website hosting and performance analytics, Supabase for account identity and entitlements, and Stripe for hosted checkout and billing. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are handled by Stripe, not stored in your Dollarply application profile.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to investigate security or abuse, or as part of a business transfer. Dollarply does not sell your personal information.
02
Your profile, resume copy, saved answers, and application records remain on your Mac until you edit or reset them, remove the relevant files, or erase the app's local storage. Dollarply provides controls for resetting profile information and saved answers.
Resetting local application data does not automatically cancel a subscription, erase credits, or remove the account session stored in macOS Keychain. Billing changes are handled separately through the authenticated billing experience.
Account, entitlement, transaction, security, and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary backups. You can contact Dollarply to request access, correction, or deletion of applicable server-side personal information.
03
Dollarply stores application profile files in the macOS Application Support area and stores the app's authentication session in macOS Keychain. Personal or sensitive information sent to Dollarply's web services is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Dollarply limits application-profile movement to the local app, the browser extension, and the form you chose to complete. Service providers are used only for their operational role. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so Dollarply cannot guarantee absolute security.
04
You can review and change your saved profile, choose which resume and answers to use, edit autofilled fields, stop an application, reset saved answers, and decide whether to submit. You may also manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a portable copy of personal information Dollarply holds on its servers, and to object to certain processing. Dollarply may need to verify your request and may retain limited records where the law permits or requires it.
Send privacy requests to dollarply@gmail.com. This address can also be used to ask what server-side information is associated with your Dollarply account identifier.
05
When you place information into an employer or recruiting platform form, that employer or platform receives it under its own privacy policy and terms. Dollarply does not control how those third parties store, review, or use an application after the information reaches their site.
The Dollarply website and billing experience depend on providers including Vercel, Supabase, and Stripe. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Their systems may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
06
Dollarply is a job application tool and is not directed to children under 13. Dollarply does not knowingly collect server-side personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided such information.
This overview may change as the product, providers, or legal requirements evolve. Dollarply will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how personal information is handled.
